The AI enables Warta to visually review all of its auto claims from its repair networks in real-time, ensuring repairs are carried out efficiently, effectively and safely, and has already been used on tens of thousands of real claims across Poland.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Warta would only be able to nominate a portion of its claims for a visual review \u2013 a manual process that consumed considerable time and resources, and had to be completed before repairs could begin.<\/p>\n<p>Now, 100% of Warta\u2019s network claims are visually checked by the AI, allowing cases without anomalies to be immediately approved, to the benefit of repairers. Meanwhile, claims with anomalies are flagged to engineers along with all the information and photos needed to resolve them \u2013 helping Warta review each claim up to 3 times faster.<\/p>\n<p>Jakub Polnik, Project Manager at Warta, said: \u201cPreviously, it was simply impossible for Warta to visually check every claim across our network. But by using Tractable\u2019s AI, we can make sure every claim is being repaired according to the damage and technology provided by the car producer. As a result, we have a much greater oversight of every aspect of our repair network, ensuring we are providing the best possible service for our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As well as being one of the oldest and largest insurers in Poland, Warta is owned by Talanx Group, a leading European insurance company based in Germany.
