Alex Dalyac is the co-founder and CEO of Tractable, which develops artificial intelligence for accident and disaster recovery. Currently, the company focuses on using AI to predict the cost to repair a vehicle, based on photos of the damage. Working with the largest insurers across Europe, America and Asia, the solution has accelerated accident recovery for 100,000s of households. Prior to Tractable, Alex performed research at Imperial College London, where he led the Computing department’s first industrial application of deep learning. Alex has also been named by Forbes in its Europe 30 Under 30 for Technology.
Razvan Ranca, Co-founder and CTO, Tractable
Razvan Ranca is co-founder and CTO of Tractable, which develops artificial intelligence for accident and disaster recovery. Currently, the company focuses on using AI to predict the cost to repair a vehicle, based on photos of the damage. Working with the largest insurers across Europe, America and Asia, the solution has accelerated accident recovery for 100,000s of households. Prior to founding Tractable, Razvan was a machine learning researcher, and published papers on problems ranging from reconstructing shredded documents to building poker bots to better inference in probabilistic programming languages. Razvan has also been named by Forbes in its Europe 30 Under 30 for Technology.
Adrien Cohen, Co-founder and President, Tractable
Adrien Cohen is co-founder and President at Tractable, where he leads the company’s commercial and operational activities. Adrien began his career at Goldman Sachs’s investment banking division in London, before moving to Southeast Asia where he co-founded Lazada, building the company into a market leader in six countries with over 7,000 employees. Lazada was later acquired by Alibaba for $3bn, and Adrien returned to Europe, where he co-founded Tractable. Adrien graduated with a Master’s degree in Business from HEC Paris and from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
