This collaboration aims to improve the motor claims process for minor incidents, using technology that automatically identifies damage from photographs.
The integration of the AI solution developed by Tractable will enable immediate analysis of the damage reported by the policyholder, thereby facilitating faster processing and more efficient case management. This initiative is part of Foyer’s commitment to improving the quality of its services and continuing to modernise its claims settlement processes.
