Following a successful collaboration since 2018, this renewal reinforces the Covéa group’s commitment to digital excellence. By using Tractable’s AI to analyze photos of auto damage in real time, Covéa continues to simplify the process for its millions of members, ensuring faster decision- making and reduced repair times.
Since the beginning of this partnership, Tractable’s AI has enabled Covéa’s partner repairers to receive instant assessments, significantly reducing the administrative delays that usually follow an accident. This renewal will focus on the continuous optimization of these workflows and, potentially, the exploration of new use cases for AI within the Covéa ecosystem.
