DCR Systems and Tractable Partnership Optimizes Collision Repair Intake, Delivering “Instant Gratification” and Record Growth

New York, NY – December 26, 2025 – DCR Systems and Tractable are highlighting the continued success of their strategic partnership, which has successfully integrated advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) into DCR’s patented lean manufacturing collision repair model.

After several months of operation, the collaboration has not only driven significant financial growth but has also modernized the customer experience to meet the demands of a digital-first society. Data from June to October 2025 reveals that the partnership has generated an average of $36,800 in additional revenue per month while fundamentally shifting how DCR interacts with its customers.

Meeting the Demand for Instant Information

A key driver of the partnership’s success is the ability to provide immediate feedback to vehicle owners. By utilizing Tractable’s AI-powered Lead Capture, DCR Systems allows customers to start their repair journey at their convenience—even when the facility is closed.

“Our society has moved to an ‘instant gratification’ mindset where people want answers now,” said Dave Martin of DCR Systems. “This tool allows our customers to have that accessibility when they need it, including over the weekend. It allows our front office team to start the conversation and give the customer a digital estimate to work through their thought process without necessarily having one of our expert repair planners involved in that initial step.”

Operational Efficiency Through AI

The partnership centers on DCR’s mission to eliminate waste. By leveraging AI to handle the initial intake and photo-appraisal, DCR has successfully protected its most valuable resource: its senior technical team.

  • Strategic Resource Allocation: By utilizing AI for the initial steps, DCR ensures senior repair planners are only involved when their high-level expertise is required, rather than during the preliminary data-gathering phase.
  • Massive Time Savings: The system saved 30 minutes per estimate, resulting in 84.5 labor hours redirected toward actual vehicle production over the five-month period.
  • High Engagement: 75% of customers (127 out of 169) completed the AI-guided process, with 36% of those converting into paying repair orders.

The Future of the “Build Down” Process

“Working with DCR Systems has allowed our AI to perform within the most sophisticated repair environment in the industry,” said Venkat Sathyamurthy, CEO of Tractable. “DCR’s commitment to a disciplined, sequential workflow is the perfect match for AI. Together, we are providing a smoother, faster start to the repair process for every customer.”
