Kirmac Collision Using Tractable to Digitally Engage Customers

  • Kirmac Collision & Autoglass is using Tractable’s AI solution to streamline the vehicle repair process and digitally engage with customers
  • The solution is currently deployed across all locations and the centralized customer service center

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass (Kirmac), a Canadian based MSO with 20 locations across Metro Vancouver, has been using Tractable’s artificial intelligence (AI) solution to digitally engage customers with much success. Known for their focus on quality repairs and customer service, Kirmac has an established presence in Canada as one of the top 5 largest independent MSOs in the country and hopes to continue building upon that reputation with AI.

Kirmac, along with its sister brand Reborn Autobody, have been using Tractable for the last nine months to digitally engage their customers by providing self-service visual damage quotes in minutes. By providing customers with instant quotes online, Kirmac has been able to reduce its effort to serve customers who are inquiring about repair costs. With Tractable, they can quickly assist customers who are unsure if they should file an insurance claim, letting their in-store teams focus on customers who have booked an appointment and are proceeding with repairs. Kirmac is confident that streamlining the initial repair planning process is benefiting its customers and building additional brand loyalty.

Sean McIntosh, President of Kirmac Collision & Autoglass said, “We’ve been able to make innovative changes to our processes working with Tractable. AI is playing an increasing role in our organization thanks to them. We’re looking forward to building on this partnership even further.”

Venkat Sathyamurthy, CEO of Tractable, said, “Kirmac is known across the industry for their superb repair quality and customer service. We couldn’t be happier to partner with such a customer focused organization and are excited to help them build upon that reputation.”
